So what is Revvy?
Revvy is a hub which connects to your salesforce CRM and other Sales Tech. Once connected, Revvy allows you to discover insights and generate reports using speech commands just as your would ask Siri. For example: "What is the current close rate for this month?" or "Show me all the leads from the recent campaign" and many more. Revvy can also surface key insights by tapping into your public Slack channels and understand what is on the agenda using keywords and advanced NLP analysis.
Do I need a Salesforce user to use Revvy?
We need only a single member on your team to have salesforce access so we can sync data into Revvy. After that, you can invite anyone you want to your team on Revvy, whether they have Salesforce seat or not
What do you mean by 'natural language'?
Imagine how you ask Siri, Alexa or Google Voice to find you things on the Internet or on Amazon.com... Similarly, you can speak to Revvy to fetch you any kind of report
Is Revvy like Salesforce text search?
Yes and No. Similar to Salesforce text search - Revvy is an NLP-based application with key difference: It's not a search-like bot which finds specific records, but a full-blown application that can fetch reports, insights and perform advanced queries.
Also, Revvy isn't limited to Salesforce, and covers more applications such as Outreach.io. Gong and others. It's also designed for mobile usage and collaboration between teams (even with those who don't have salesforce license)

Where can I get the iOS or Android app?
During beta launch we invite registered users to our Apple Testpilot group or a direct download link to an Android package. Once we complete beta, the application will be available on the App Store and Google Play. Stay tuned.
Which kind of reports I can see with Revvy?
You can see either visual reports such as line, bar, or pie (donut) chart. And also summary reports (single number for example: expected revenue for Q4 = $19,230,00) and also tables with full data (leads / contacts / accounts / opportunities / cases / events and others)
Can I also download any report I generate with Revvy?
Yes. Once you have fetch a report you can ask Revvy for a .csv file containing the data in the report
Do you support custom fiels? Custom objects?
We support custom fields, usually it takes the system 24-48 hours to be trained on capturing them well.  Custom objects are planned to be supported too

Why only try? Revvy is free for teams of up to 10 users
Is it only for Salesforce users?
While Revvy is used mainly to show salesforce and other applications' data, you definitely do not need a salesforce license to generate or view reports via Revvy. Revvy is free to use and allows you to share salesforce-based data with anyone regardless of whether they have a seat or not
Can I replace my BI system with Revvy?
BI systems were designed to perform heavy lookups and data queries for analysis. Revvy is focused more on operational insights: These are all the ad-hoc questions you often find yourself struggle with when you try to analyze your pipeline or team activities and need answer for quickly
